Prior to joining CHHS at NIU, Tracy Ash, Ed.D., spent over 15 years at NIU working in the CHANCE Program where she was an associate director for academic programming. She was also a coordinator for a National Science Foundation Grant (PROMISE). During her time before NIU, Ash worked in public and private education focusing on students with disabilities.
