Child Development and Family Center Interim Care Request

We have limited space during the interim so it is important to return your application as soon as possible. Once staffing is complete we may not be able to add children and the extra care fee will be applied for anyone who does not submit an application by Friday, February 10, 2023.

Only full-day child care is available (no part-time). Center hours will be 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. daily. You may drop off and pick up any time between these hours. Those who need to work during this time will receive priority.

A copy of your interim request will be emailed back to you as verification of your application status (approved/denied) at least two weeks prior to the interim period.

Once child care is approved for the interim period, you will be billed for all of the days which you requested. We do not allow for schedule changes or switching of days. Give careful thought to the dates you request because you will be obligated to pay for them once you receive your approval. Also, if your child attends on a day that was not scheduled, the extra care rate will be charged (10% add-on to the regular rate). Children in quarantine will not be charged.
