About Physical Therapy

Physical therapy is a growing health profession that promotes optimum health and function. Physical therapists assess patients’ muscle, joint, respiratory, circulatory and sensorimotor performance to identify and correct any debilitating issues. You’ll work directly with patients to relieve pain and restore musculoskeletal strength and coordination.
The job outlook for physical therapists is expected to grow by 34 percent by 2024 – much faster than average, according the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics.
As a physical therapist, you’ll find countless career opportunities to suit your unique interests. Whatever path you decide to take, we’ll help you find your way.
