Public Health (B.S.) is an exciting, diverse major concerned with the health needs of populations. Focusing on health promotion and disease prevention and addressing complex health problems at the community level, students may choose to concentrate their studies in one of four focus areas.
The M.P.H. program prepares professionals for leadership positions in public health and health-related agencies. Students may specialize in health promotion or health services management.
Through extensive classroom and hands-on experience, students acquire the health care planning and information handling skills needed for a diverse and constantly changing field.
